No matter how well we write, sometimes an article is just too long for its purpose. In the electronic age of websites and blogs, shorter is often better. And sometimes a print publication will specify a word limit. So how do we turn our strong 500-word article in a 300-word success? Here are a few tips I use to make that transformation.
